After a B.A. in Applied Economics at the Louvain School of Management, Nicolas Crochet starts his career as a private banker at Banque Belgolaise and then Prudential Securities. Willing to deepen his expertise in asset management and dedicate himself to institutional clients, he joins State Street Global Advisors in 2006 as Head of funds distribution for the Benelux and the Nordics region. Volunteer in different associations and willing to create investment solutions that could combine a concrete social impact with a good financial return, Nicolas creates Funds For Good in 2011. Nicolas is a Founder and Managing Partner at Funds For Good.
Assistant Director, Sustainability & Climate Change
Phil is an Assistant Director in PwC's Sustainability and Climate Change team with extensive experience in ESG issue management. He has had a central role in conducting and developing PwC's ESG due diligence and portfolio review service offerings to a wide range of clients. His work has also included the identification of ESG related opportunities and in some cases the validation of the potential value through cost benefit analysis of key ESG initiatives across a broad range of sectors. Phil has also developed ESG investment procedures and online platforms to several Banks and Private Equity clients, as well as Excel based toolkits to assist investment teams to screen for ESG risks. Prior to joining PwC in 2008, Phil worked for AMEC Earth and Environmental as a technical environmental consultant.

Thierry Feltgen joined Banque de Luxembourg in 1999. In 2000, he specialised as a fund analyst focusing on bond funds selection and covered bond investments in our multimanagement portfolios. In 2007, he joined BLI's fixed income team as a fund manager.
In 2010, Thierry took over the responsibility for the "investment communication" activity on BLI's fund range and acted as a product specialist to support the sales team. With BLI's distribution activity increasing, he took over the role of Head of Product Management and Client Services in 2017.
He also acts as project manager covering transverse content-related projects at BLI. In this function, he supervised the implementation of BLI's ESG strategy.
Thierry has a degree in agricultural engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich). He also has a degree in economics from the HSG in St Gallen. He obtained the CEFA (Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst) diploma in 2003.

Michael joined Invesco in 1997 as portfolio manager for European equities and was since the formation of the global quantitative investment team in 2003 a director of portfolio management. Michael was appointed Head of Research in 2015. He also serves as a member of IQS's management team responsible for strategic planning and direction. He began his investment career in 1991 with Commerzbank as analyst in the buy side research for European equities and became deputy head of the quantitative research team in Commerzbank Asset Management. He received a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Reutlingen and Middlesex University, London in 1990 within the Combined European Study Program and a M.S. Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics, London in 1991.

Luis is a Fund Selector at Quality Funds, the BBVA Global Platform in charge of the selection and monitoring of active and passive international funds. During his tenure at Quality Funds, he has been fund manager and selector for several asset classes such as equities, liquid alternatives (absolute return) and commodities. Luis has also led several projects within Quality Funds, such as the integration of the ESG approach in the selection and monitoring process and is responsible for the qualitative study of the passive managed funds range. Luis has a Degree in Business Administration at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and is CAIA Charterholder.

Mussie Kidane is the Head of Fund and Manager Research at Banque Pictet & Cie SA. The ten-member team is responsible for selecting best-in-breed fund managers across all asset classes for Pictet Wealth Management globally. Mussie and his team play an active role in the portfolio construction of the bank's fund-based discretionary portfolio management. Mussie is also the portfolio manager of a $2.1bn absolute return fund run for Pictet Wealth Management clients since the product's inception in 2007. He joined Banque Pictet & Cie S.A. in 2006 as senior analyst and portfolio manager and was promoted to head the team in 2008. Previously Mussie was an analyst & portfolio manager within the fund selection and multimanagement team at LODH & Cie. He joined the firm in 2001 as a quantitative analyst reporting to the Investment Review Board. Thomas Kuh leads Truvalue Index, creating benchmarks for implementing ESG investment strategies and licensing indices for ETFs, mutual funds and institutional accounts. Prior to joining Truvalue Labs, he was Founder and President of Benchmark ESG Consulting LLC, following seven years at MSCI as Executive Director, Head of ESG Indexes. His professional experience also includes 16 years at KLD Research & Analytics, and service on the boards of SIRI Company (now Sustainalytics) and the US SIF.
Thomas has an MA and PhD in Economics from University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BA in Political Economy from Hampshire College.

Patrick Lenhard studied economics at the University of Zurich from 2001 to 2006, graduating magna cum laude. During his studies, he completed an internship at FondsConsult Research AG in Munich, going on to post-graduate work with his heavily econometrics-based thesis on fund sector awards.
In 2007 he joined Bank Vontobel AG as a fund analyst in the Multi Manager department. A year later he took on not only third-party funds but also various Institutional Mandates managed using the team approach. Since 2009 he has the lead on ESG strategies within the team.
In 2010 he successfully completed his advanced training towards the Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) degree.

Asha joined Acadian in 2007 and is the lead portfolio manager and director of responsible investing. In this role, Asha is responsible for building Acadian's ESG principles by leading ESG research and subsequent integration of ESG factors throughout Acadian's investment process and serving as the chair of our Responsible Investment Committee. Asha has extensive experience working with ESG considerations to create bespoke solutions. Prior to joining Acadian, Asha worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and at Johnson & Johnson in a strategy role. Early in her career, she conducted microfinance lending in India. Asha holds an M.B.A. with Honors from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and undergraduate degrees from Stanford University. Asha is a CFA charterholder and a member of CFA Society Boston. She was named one of the Top 10 Women in Asset Management by Money Management Executive in 2016.

After gaining a degree in mechanical engineering at ETH Zurich, Sven Rump first worked for BBC Brown Boveri. Following postgraduate studies in the USA, he acquired in-depth knowledge and experience in asset management over a period of nearly 30 years. His first position in the field was at Bank Vontobel Asset Management Ltd. from 1990 to 1999, ultimately as First Vice President, Head of Fixed Income. From 1999 to 2002 he worked for Zurich Insurance and from 2002 until 2014 for Deutsche Bank. His main focus during this time was on the management of domestic and international insurance business.
His positions at Deutsche Bank included CEO of Deutsche Asset Management Schweiz and Global Portfolio Risk Manager at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management. Sven Rump is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Graduate School of Management in Los Angeles.
He has been Head of Asset Management at Swiss Mobiliar Group since 1 December 2014.
Yu Shimizu gained a bachelor's degree in Law from Keio University (Tokyo) in 1998. He is currently the lead portfolio manager of the Japan Sustainable Equity strategy at SPARX Asset Management in Tokyo, a role he has held since 2012. Before joining SPARX in 2005, he was working as an analyst at UFJ Partners Asset Management (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management) and prior to that as an analyst at Yasuda Capital Management (currently Yasuda Asset Management). He has 17 years of investment and financial market experience.
Dr. Philipp Aeby is CEO of RepRisk and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner. Before joining RepRisk in 2006, he served in various managerial positions across Europe at Amgen, a global biopharmaceutical firm, and worked on a broad range of international assignments with the Boston Consulting Group. Philipp holds a PhD in Environmental Physics and a Master's degree in Climatology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland. Philipp is a member of the Global Advisory Council of Cornerstone Capital Inc and of the Business Advisory Board of the Swiss Peace Foundation. He was on the Board of Swiss Sustainable Finance and on UNICEF's Advisory Board during the launch of UNICEF's Children's Rights and Business Principles.

Hortense Bioy, CFA, is Director of Passive Strategies and Sustainability Research within the Morningstar Manager Research team in Europe. Based in London, Hortense leads a team that provides independent research on ETFs and index funds.
Since 2017, Hortense's responsibilities have expanded to include sustainability research in Europe. Hortense is spearheading Morningstar's ESG thought-leadership agenda in the region, with the objective of educating investors and providing them with the tools they need to evaluate funds through an ESG lens.
Hortense joined Morningstar as an equity ETF analyst in 2010 from Bloomberg where she was a financial journalist. She began her career as an M&A analyst at Société Générale in Hong Kong.
Hortense holds a Master's Degree in Finance from Paris Sorbonne University and is a CFA charterholder.
